Refund Policy

All sales are final. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges. We try our best to accurately describe and photograph our jewelry to ensure a well informed shopping experience.

Nevertheless, we will replace items (one-time only). If and only if, your items arrived defective or damaged please notify us , via contact@shopluxrebel.com,  within 7 days of your delivery date. Unfortunately, after 7 days of your delivery date, the offer is nullified.

Shipping Your Return:

To return your product[s], please include as much of the original materials as you can. Please mail your product/materials to:

16 Charleston Park Dr. #1510 Houston, TX 77025.

You, the costumer, will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item[s]. Once your item[s] are received, you will be contacted via email and the redesign process will begin. Please allow 15 days for the re-creation/design process. Items will be shipped out the next business day (no Sundays) with tracking emailed you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
