Returns & Replacements

At LuxeRebel, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our jewelry, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a one-time replacement. Please contact us at contact@shopluxerebel.com within 7 days of your delivery date to begin the process. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your item is received, please allow up to 15 business days for the redesign or replacement process. Your item will ship the following business day with tracking provided.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
