How long will it take for me to received my order ?

All of our creations are handcrafted to order. After we receive your online order please allow us 3-5 days for crafting. After completion, you’ll receive an email confirmation that your items have shipped.

How do I choose my bracelet size?

To ensure you the right size bracelet you will have to measure your wrist. You may do this with a tape measure.

If you don’t have tape measure available, wrap a piece of string or some flexible material around your wrist and measure the length with a ruler. We recommend measuring right below the wrist bone (hand facing towards you) for a comfortable fitting. You may add half an inch depending how lose you like your bracelet. We suggest adding an half inch or so to bracelets with large focal beads.

What to do if my jewelry breaks?

Oh NO, sometimes things happen, and we understand. If you’ve had your jewelry for less than 30 days, we will do a one-time complimentary repair. Unfortunately, you the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping. Any jewelry that is broken or damaged after 7 days of your arrival (Tracking) date can be replaced. How do I place a custom jewelry order

There is a $25 deposit for all custom orders. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive an email from to discuss the specifics of your request. The deposit will be applied to overall order total. Once your request has been confirmed we will begin working on your jewelry at this time your deposit will be non-refundable.
