A $25 deposit is required to begin your custom order. Once your deposit is received, you will receive an email from our team to discuss the details of your design and bring your vision to life. Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your piece.

After your design request has been confirmed, we will begin crafting your jewelry. At this stage, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as materials and production will have begun.

When your piece is complete, you will have the opportunity to review and confirm your design before final payment is collected. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipment.

Because each custom piece is uniquely created for you, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Every LuxeRebel piece is made by hand, created with intention and care. After your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for your jewelry to be crafted.

Once your piece is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping and tracking details.

When your order is complete and ready to begin its journey to you, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking information. Shipping is estimated to be within 3-10 days.

To ensure your LuxeRebel bracelet fits beautifully, we recommend measuring your wrist before placing your order.

Using a soft measuring tape, wrap it comfortably around your wrist just below the wrist bone (with your palm facing up). This measurement will give you your natural wrist size.

If you do not have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or flexible material. Wrap it around your wrist, mark the point where it meets, and measure the length using a ruler.

For a comfortable fit, we recommend adding approximately 1/4 inch to your wrist measurement.

If you prefer a slightly looser fit—especially for bracelets featuring larger focal beads—you may wish to add approximately a 1/2 inch a length.

This ensures your bracelet rests comfortably while maintaining its elegant shape.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re a small business focused on serving our U.S.-based customers with care — but we hope to offer international shipping in the future!
